Revive Car Valeting – Terms & Conditions

1. Engagement of Services

Revive Car Valeting uses reasonable care and professional techniques to provide vehicle cleaning and detailing services. While we aim to deliver high-quality results, we cannot guarantee that every detail will fully meet your expectations.

To request a service, you must:

  • Confirm the location of your vehicle and ensure it is accessible.

  • Remove personal items, bulky items, or car seats, and open compartments as necessary.

  • Allow a clear perimeter (approx. 50cm) around your vehicle for safe access.

  • Accept that traffic or other bookings may cause minor delays; a 2-hour window should be allowed for arrival.

2. Bookings & Payment

  • Bookings must be paid in full before the service.

  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, card, or other accepted methods.

  • Revive Car Valeting reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to availability.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed on our website or booking page.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Prices are based on vehicle size and type; any misclassification is the customer’s responsibility.

4. Liability

  • We take care when detailing your vehicle, but Revive Car Valeting cannot accept liability for pre-existing damage, minor marks, or imperfections.

  • Liability is limited to the cost of the service booked.

  • Vehicles with delicate finishes, matt/satin paint, or wraps are serviced at the owner’s risk.

  • Engine bay cleaning carries a small risk. Customers must inform us of alarms, immobilisers, or any known electrical or mechanical issues beforehand.

  • Revive Car Valeting will not be liable for damage arising from undisclosed issues or pre-existing faults.

  • While we take care when cleaning, customers acknowledge and accept that minor accidental damage may occur during the cleaning process, and liability is limited to the cost of the service booked.

  • We are not responsible for battery issues caused by interior lights, electronics, or other systems during cleaning.

  • Customers must disclose any defects or risks to the vehicle before the service.

  • Older vehicles or older paintwork may be more susceptible to minor damage.
